Julian is a Program Manager at ReAct Africa responsible for supporting ReAct Africa in project implementation, monitoring and evaluation and donor reporting for Antimicrobial Resistance projects implemented across various Sub-Saharan African countries. She is a results-driven monitoring and evaluation specialist who holds a Masters in Monitoring and Evaluation of Population, Health and Development Programs and is currently pursuing her PhD. Julian is passionate about mentoring the youth and finds it intrinsically rewarding to work with future leaders who are crucial change agents, more so, in the face of the multitude of public health and developmental challenges facing humanity today.
