The AMRLEP program has widened my view on antimicrobial resistance and has emphasised the importance of multidisciplinary teams and the urgent need for action against AMR. I have been empowered with knowledge on the topic in regards to the causes, effects and prevention of AMR which has boosted my confidence and has greatly inspired me to take action. I have also appreciated the importance of one health and its application in AMR prevention. Furthermore, I have acquired knowledge on project planning which an essential aspect in AMR research prevention

I intend to form an AMR combatting students’ association that will lead and educate other students from all study programs and different universities and the general public on AMR. Different activities and competitions will be performed to encourage participation.
